7. Children Under 13
As mentioned in the TERMS, Syndicate is a game intended for mature audiences so we do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors under the age of 13.
If you are aware that someone under the age of 13 is accessing the site, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we shall delete this from our servers as soon as practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
